What is morgan state women basketball?

Morgan State Women's Basketball is the women's basketball program representing Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. The team was established in 1970 and currently competes in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).

The team has won two MEAC championships, one in 1984 and another in 1985. They have also made several NCAA Tournament appearances, the most recent being in 2010.

The team's home court is the Hill Field House, which has a seating capacity of 4,250. The current head coach of the Morgan State Women's Basketball team is Ed Davis.

Some notable alumnae of the program include Adore' Jackson, the first player in program history to score 2,000 points and grab 1,000 rebounds; and Zannette Hll, who was named the MEAC Player of the Year in 1984.
